Meet Clamp, a figment of my imagination...

Hello Guildballers!

I've been thinking about a new mechanic I would like to see in gam;. a combined legendary play with the trait 'loaded up'
I think it would work well without being OP, but this is theory crafting, not actual playtesting...

I've created some players using this new mechanic and here's my second player

Character Plays:

Lay in Wait: Cost 1/GB - Range S - Sustained Y
Whenever a friendly guild model is attacked within 4'' of this model, this model gets a free countercharge on the attacking model.


Foothold Trap: Cost 2/GBGB - Range 4'' - Sustained Y
Throw a trap towards an enemy model within range.  If hit it suffers 1 DMG and -4/-4 MOV.

 

Character Traits:

Loaded up:
As long as this model has not played his legendery play it suffers -2/-2 MOV and -1/-0 KICK

Floored:When this model targets an enemy model that is suffering from the knocked-down condition with an Attack, this model gains [+2] TAC for the duration of the Attack.


Shadowlike:
At the start of this model’s activation it may make  a [2”] Dodge


Legendary Plays:

Deadfall : Cost 2  - Range S  - Sustained Y
Creates a marker with a 3'' Aura.  Whenever a model comes within the aura immediately replace the marker with a 3'' Rough Ground terrain piece for the remainder of the game on the field centered on the marker.   The model triggering this effect immediately suffers 3 DMG, the KD condition and ends its activation (if active).  Any other model within the AOE hit also suffers 3 DMG and the KD condition.
Whenever the ball comes in contact with - or the ballpath moves over this piece of terrain, the ball is stopped and centered on the piece of terrain.
